PRI itself is an English private company limited by guarantee, serving not as an accounting practice, but as a strategic coordinating body.

While some firms may include “Parker Russell” in their registered names, there is no ownership or agency relationship between Parker Russell International and its members.
A member firm:

Cannot act as an agent of PRI or of any other member firm.

Cannot bind PRI or any other member firm to any obligation.

Is fully responsible for its own acts or omissions.
